Huzzah for me! I'd gone back up to 201 in the past 2 weeks, and I've just really gotten back on track in any recognizable way. I know this week's loss includes water loss and period bloat, but I don't care. I'm back in the game!

Oh, I'm feeling much better from last night, by the way. Still a bit queasy, but I was able to go to yoga this morning, even if I didn't enjoy it. I still can't tell if it's a touch of food poisoning, or if my hypoglycemia is kicking in big time from me overexerting myself and then eating too quickly.
